To receive a refund or exchange, please return it to the address on your return label within 4 weeks after it has been received.
For lost packages, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
When a shipment is returned, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
